No. That is a session timer and the app rejects it.
What is a daily cutoff?
A time such as 17:00 that repeats every day, labeled as a daily deadline. Available on Pro.
Does it edit my theme?
No. You add a theme app block. Remove it or uninstall and the theme files stay as they were.
